Before you start booking
The process of arranging an engineer visit online will require you to accept our offer of an appointment which will be sent to you via an email address that you provide. Reserved date and time slots are provisional until you accept the offer by clicking on the link provided in that email. The contract between you and us is only formed when you accept our offer.
Please ensure that an adult is present at the property at all times during the repair appointment. We cannot enter alone or remain unsupervised.

How to identify your appliance.
For an online booking we need the model number (E-Nr.) and production code (FD-NR) of your applicance. That helps us to identify your exact model for tailor-made support. You can find both on the type plate of your NEFF appliance.
Will there be any costs for the repair?
You may be charged a minimum cost for the repair if your appliance isn't covered by the warranty under the statutory warranty conditions.
